Andrew, or Andy as many call him, is one of the more recent additions to the OPRA team and is eager to make his mark in the I/O Psychology industry. His approachable persona, experience in a wide variety of jobs and his visceral passion for business and psychology make Andrew a great asset to the team. Working part-time in the Auckland OPRA team, he provides top-quality assessment related support.

Graduating from Otago University in 2009 with a BA majoring in Psychology, Andrew took the next logical step in his career by moving back to Auckland and entering the I/O Psychology Masters Degree programme through Massey University. Currently at the end of his first year, Andrew will be working with OPRA next year to conduct his thesis. Before OPRA, Andrew worked in a variety of roles, including hospitality, administration and event management, giving Andrew some invaluable insight into the world of workplace psychology.

When Andrew’s not working hard on his next university assignment or providing top-notch service to OPRA’s clients, he’ll undoubtedly be busy with something. Whether it’s running, road-cycling, mountain-biking, sailing, making music, DJ’ing at a local club, or drinking a nice cup of herbal tea while reading the latest Bill Bryson novel, Andrew’s bound to be putting his all into it.
