To date, OPRA has continued to deliver on this need by helping hundreds of clients positively shape their future by delivering customised HR solutions that support strategic organisational goals.As one of New Zealand’s largest, specialist Industrial and Organisational Psychology teams, we now have offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, with remote offices in Melbourne and Sydney to service our Australian client base. This is achieved through continually striving to blend the best of contemporary research with practical application. OPRA’s client base is primarily in Australasia, however we don’t see this as an inhibitor to delivering solutions that have an impact globally.
