The OPRA Organisational Performance Dimension (OPD) System is a competency assessment interface that will allow you to generate any number of application forms, structured interview templates, and reference checking forms based on your choice of competencies.

Choose from a ready-to-use list of 50+ competencies or add your own. The OPD System can be used in conjunction with GeneSys to support competency based personality and ability reporting.
