The following terms and conditions apply to OPRA Group Ltd training course delivery:

Payment terms:
Our normal terms are payment within 14 days of invoice unless different by prior arrangement. A 35% deposit of the total accreditation cost will be invoiced on registration of your training, and the remaining amount of the fee will be invoiced one month before training takes place.

Cancellation Policy:
If you withdraw from a course 3 or more weeks prior to the training commencing, an administration fee of 50% or a maximum of $300 from your deposit will be charged.  If you withdraw within 3 weeks of course delivery the full amount of your deposit will be charged to compensate OPRA for costs incurred. No penalty will be incurred if someone nominated by you takes up your place on the training course.
